Is there anything else that can do exactly what Wunderlist does in this regard, as simple and with a clean interface? When he's done the task, he checks it off and I'm sent a notification, and it's still in my history of tasks that I can go back to review after he's checked it off. He can go to the list and see all the upcoming tasks scheduled and sorted by date as I've arranged. When I assign a date to the task, and assign him as the task lead, he's sent an instant notification to his phone. All the tasks in that list are in there with notes on each task that he can see from his mobile phone. He signs up and sees the list I've created. So.I'm looking for an app that does exactly what this did how I've used it, and simple (user friendly with a very low learning curve). I've just recently heard that they will be shutting wunderlist down, so when that happens it will make things hectic. I use wunderlist with a couple of fellow contractors for scheduling purposes with work. This is a productivity subreddit - we know you can find a way to do it yourself!
